At Fiore Wylde, each piece is made to order with careful attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take note of the following return and exchange policy.

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact to discuss your particular situation. 

Should you decide to exchange or return a purchase for credit, you must notify Fiore Wylde directly and ship merchandise back within 5 days of receiving the order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Please note, all purchases made using a discount code or with a discount applied are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if you have received an item in error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Email us at contact and provide us with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges from Outside Retailers: If you have purchased a Fiore Wylde item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, please note that you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from Fiore Wylde.
